Abstract:The important roles of gut microbiota in atherosclerosis, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases have attracted more and more attention. Gut microbiota and its metabolites have become an important target for the prevention and treatment of atherosclerosis. Animal models play an important role in studying gut microbiota and its effects on host physiology and disease. This paper reviewed the latest progress of gut microbiota in animal models of atherosclerosis and clinical patients.

摘要：

摘要:肠道菌群在动脉粥样硬化( atherosclerosis,AS) 及其引发的心脑血管疾病中的重要作用日益受到关注。肠道菌群以及与宿主的共代谢物已成为 AS 预防和治疗的靶点。动物模型在研究肠道菌群及对宿主生理和疾病的影响中发挥了重要作用。本文就目前肠道菌群在 AS 动物模型及临床病人研究的最新进展进行概括总结,以期为相关研究提供参考。
